Returns Policy

Returns are excepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Our merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged before it is dispatched to you, if for some reason you are not satisfied please follow these instructions.

You can seek a refund, exchange or credit if the product has a serious fault or shipping damage, doesn’t do the job it’s supposed to, or you have just changed your mind.

You may only return goods purchased from our web site that are preauthorised for return by lifespace Online. Shipping fees are non refundable unless products are damaged during transit or faulty due to manufacturer issues.
